Our client is a b-corp listed (read: good for society, the planet and its people) tech brand that is considered one of the most creative companies in the world. Their product is used by millions every day, and they have grown massively over the last 18 months.

They were founded in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, where they still have their HQ, and their in-house studio is currently responsible for product, partner advertising, editorial and brand design. They are looking to hire a design director with strong brand and digital experience to bring their brand, design systems and digital presence to the next level.

The design director will work directly into the ECD, and hand in hand with the product team to create standout brand presence online.

The ideal candidate will have:

8+ years experience in broad design within either advertising agency, or brand-side
Strong drive to make things happen - this is a dynamic environment and you will be given a lot of scope to define your own role
Proven ability to build strong brand identities in the online space
International experience or experience working with global teams
Figma knowledge is a must!
